Climate Watch is a Community Science program coordinated by National Audubon Society. Data is submitted using eBird, Audubon App or portal, or email. A Survey Square consists of 12 location spots where volunteers look and listen for birds, especially the focal species for 5 minutes each. Location spots have been pre-determined by experienced birders. Total time during a morning of your choice during the Survey Period is 3-5 hours. Survey Period is January 15-February 15 (Winter) and May 15- June 15 (Summer).
